I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were very warm and offered a lovely view. The service was extremely polite and kind, a rare finding in Bansko in my experience. The location was perfect, right next to the center of the village. The dining experience was good, although it could be improved. The facilities at the hotel were enjoyable.
